All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site assessment. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for concrete work.

Quotes and Estimates

Free quotes provided by UrbanLab DeSoto Concrete are estimates based on the information you provide and initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on market conditions and material costs.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Texas law. All payments must be made in US dollars.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided. However, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

You will be notified of any significant delays as soon as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Our warranty covers workmanship defects but does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow recommended maintenance procedures and notify us promptly of any concerns.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, removing any obstacles, and providing accurate information about underground utilities. You must also obtain any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If work has already begun, you will be charged for materials purchased and work completed up to the cancellation date.

Limitation of Liability

UrbanLab DeSoto Concrete is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law.

You agree that any legal action must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the dispute.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
